Terms and Conditions:

1. MYKAD rate is only eligible for Malaysia Citizen with valid MyKad/MyKid (MyKad=IC).

2. Adult rates apply to 13 years old and above.

3. Children rates apply to 3 years old to 12 years old.

4. Senior Citizen rates apply for age 60 and above.

5. MyKad / Passport are required for proof of age.

6. FREE Admission for all infants aged below 2 years old.

7. All MYKAD holders MUST present your MyKad to the ticketing counter staff when purchasing the entrance ticket, failing to do so will be charged the International Market rates. Redemption of online tickets purchased via ticket2u or other platforms will require customer to present all MyKad/ MyKid, failing to do so will result in top up of additional ticket price. 

8. NO REFUND due to unavailability of attractions or inclement weather.

9. NO CANCELLATION will be accepted and NO REFUND will be made upon confirmation of purchase.

10. Borneo Happy Farm opens on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays from 08:30 am to 05:00 pm.

11. Admission ticket includes entry to ALL attractions but excluding personal expenses on food, drinks and other activities.

12. Animals in the farm must only be feed with food provided. Animal Food (Grass/Fodder/Fish Feed) can be purchased in the farm.

13. Borneo Happy Farm reserves the right to refuse, alter, amend, delete or add to the stated terms and conditions or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
