To Our Esteemed Guests:

Welcome to Borneo Happy Farm! We endeavour to offer a comfortable and enjoyable experience within a safe and conducive environment for our Guests. You can help us by keeping in mind the following:

This Farm is under surveillance by Closed Circuit Television (CCTV).

For security reason, all personal hand bags and other items will be checks at the Farm entrances. For item that cannot be carried in, we will make appropriate process.

Dangerous or hazardous materials are not allowed in the Farm.

Outside foods and drinks are not allowed in the Farm.

No Pets or other animals allowed except approved service animals (e.g. The Guide dogs for the Blind Association).

Children must be supervised at all times by a parent/adult guardian and please take care of the safety of your elders at all times.

For your safety, you are expected to obey warning and instruction signs, and staff instructions. Do not cross safety barriers. Your safety is very important to us.

To keep the environment clean and hygienic, please refrain from littering and kindly place your litter in the bins provided.

Our animals are friendly, however animals are unpredictable and therefore caution is necessary at all times. Should you choose to interact with any of our animals, you do so at your own risk.

For your safety, and the welfare of our animals, running, chasing, touching and picking up animals is not permitted unless approved and supervised by our staff.

Some animals may be fed the food provided. In these cases, a sign or staff member will provide instructions. Please only feed the food we provide, as human food can be very dangerous to animals.

Please respect and show common courtesy to fellow farm guests, staff member, animals and plants at Borneo Happy Farm by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, vandalism and offensive behaviour or activities.

Borneo Happy Farm reserves the right to deny entry, and/or remove visitors who are failing to observe instructions, failing to treat Borneo Happy Farm staff, animals and plants with respect, being a public nuisance, acting recklessly and/or under the influence of alcohol/drugs. The decision to deny entry or remove is made at management’s discretion. No refunds or compensation shall be given for such removal.

Safety is our number one priority. Some attractions may close down temporarily due to inclement weather conditions. There are no refunds or vouchers provided during inclement weather.

Personal photography is welcomed and encouraged. Commercial Photography and Filming is prohibited without prior permission in writing from Borneo Happy Farm. Your admission to the farm serves as permission for your photos/video to be used for farm advertising.

Borneo Happy Farm reserves the right to vary advertised attractions. Interaction opportunities are subject to change without notice due to fruits, vegetables, produce and animal availability. The fruits, vegetables, produce, animals, plants and insects displayed in advertising are not necessarily available on the day.

We may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, modify these rules, change the operating hours of the Farm or attractions, close the Farm or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Farm, and/or suspend or cancel any attractions or entertainment program due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.

We are not responsible and do not assume any liability for any damage to or loss of the property or belongings of any Guest, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise.
